Let Your Light Shine!

Happy Thy Word is Thy Bond Thursday! Gooood morning dear men of integrity. James 5 starts out talking about rich men who through cunning and crafty unethical practices get rich off the backs of hard working poor people. Even their riches are a facade. Their precious metals will rust. Yet, those who are in Christ ought not be this way. Their words should proceed from an uncorruptible heart. When they say yes or no, their word is sufficient and the hearer can rely completely on what has been openly agreed. There is no room for deception or charismatic selling. We need not egagerate to prove or convince others to trust us. Instead, our steadfast assurance is in the Only faithful One who backs our claims. Our God is the Word that cannot come back void! Our words align with His!  He will do what He says Always. Today, let's be people who reflect the integrity of our ALL rich God of Truth! God so loves you ... James 5:12  But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.
